Placed under the responsibility of a Service Head with rank as Chief of service. The HR Information System service is responsible for:
- Digitize the entire human resource information management system of the council;
- Collecting, storing, managing and updating data and records on personnel;
- Collect and report human resource data such as employee records, position details and performance appraisal information;
- Preparing monthly personnel payroll reports in collaboration with the service of personnel management.
The Chief of HRIS Service is assisted by support staff in charge of keyboarding information with rank of chief of Bureau.
